Budapest (pop. about 1.7 Mio) the capital city of Hungary is the largest city of Hungary and a tourist attraction. The right/western part of Budapest called “Buda” and the left/eastern one “Pest”, separated by River Danube. One the first photo you can see the Parliament Building, Photo 3 shows the bridge Kettenbruecke (it was the first permanent bridge across the Danube of the city).
Budapest ist die Hauptstadt von Ungarn und mit rund 1,7 Mio. Einwohnern auch die größte Stadt des Landes. Das rechte/westliche Gebiet von Budapest heißt “Buda”, das östliche/linke “Pest”, getrennt werden die beiden Stadtteile durch die Donau. Auf dem ersten Foto ist das Parlament zu sehen, auf dem dritten die Kettenbrücken – die älteste der insgesamt neun Budapester Brücken über die Donau.
